Birth Doula Services

Services include any combination of the list below:

• An initial (required) meeting with Mom and Partner to review your birth plan and discuss the role you wish your doula to play in your labor and birth. Concerns and questions are addressed at this time as we review the contract and begin communications about your expectations and desires.
• Phone and email assistance in the weeks leading up to labor, during labor (if you wish to labor at home without the presence of your doula) and immediately postpartum 
• Attend your birth place tour with you, if you choose
• Attend one prenatal appointment with you after 36 weeks to establish a relationship with your care provider, if you choose
• Join you in your labor at any time in your home or birth place; this is at your discretion
• Take photographs during labor, birth and immediately postpartum*

• Assist you with initial breastfeeding support at your birth place or immediately postpartum, if you choose
• Continued support via email and phone in the weeks following birth – referrals to professionals upon request
• Postpartum visit, if you choose
